* Category A's order: Due to the parcel is not deliver from my area, so all extra balance will be refunded through online banking.　NO CASH IN PARCEL.
[现货A区]订单：由于包裹不是从我这发货，所以所有余款将透过银行转帐退款给买家。不会把钱放进包裹里。

* Category B's order: We are allow if buyer request the extra balance to refund together with parcel, but we are not responsible for any loss after we post the parcel.
[现货B区]订单：如买家要求余款放进包裹里一起寄回给买家，我们可以这么做，但是后果自负哦。

* We only will do refund procedure if our system receive your inquiry (by this form).
当系统收到您的退款申请后，有了记录，我们才会退款。

* Refund Schedule: we will do refund procedure on every Saturdays/ Sundays. Pls apply your refund before Friday.
退款时间表，我们会在每星期六／日安排退款。请在星期五前申请退款。
