Due to my current situation (busy for 2 jobs, school at night & wedding preparation). I don't have extra time to do ASAP action like what i did previously, so start from 10.4.2012, for those who are late inform payment, not provide full detail, not read our information provide...etc. Pls allow me at least 3-7days to check with bank & wait for bank reply (by email only), especially late inform payment. Pls provide full detail if you want to get your order in short time or pls do not order if can't accept this to avoid any misunderstanding. Pls read all the information provided. Why We Ask?
In our T&C, we had mentioned qty of stock is limit & may out of stock when buyer make payment (normally buyer wont make payment asap after get quote from us).
Previously we met problemS like goods sold out when buyer make payment/got defect during checking & wrapping & then we contact buyer to inform them & ask them what's their decision. The result is we meet very impolite buyer (sorry to say so, but it's truth). We really disappointed if buyer not read our T&C.
So, if let say buyer are preferred refund for out of stock without notice you, we will just proceed to delivery for other which hv stock & refund for those which is/are out of stock.
Pls take note:

1. Pls read T&C before purchase. Once you’ve made payment, this mean you understand & agreed all the T&C.

2. To avoid out of stock, we advise buyer to make payment as soon as possible after confirm.

3. Please allow us 1-2working days to process your order after we verify your payment.

4. We will email you the tracking no after parcel post out. Email may fall into your spam mailbox too. or You may check your parcel status at: http://www.pasar.my/store/article/5246.html

5. For Rush Order: We can't promise the actual posting & arriving date if you were on rush. All orders will proceed by queue system, first pay first proceed. Not advise to place order if you can't wait. Pls check out the processing flow in the T&C..^^

6. We accept any inquiries, orders, msg 24hrs, but we can’t online 24hrs. This is our part time job, we've full time job on hand, so we are not able to update stock regularly. Pls check stock with us before place order. As the Goods are not only sold on this website, qty will reduce time by time, sometimes will meet problems like before/when you make payment, the Goods already sold out. If any of this issue happens, we will refund for you or you can choose to change to other color/design.

7. Pls note that it doesn’t mean you have reserved the Goods after you place order, only paid order will be reserved.

8. ABOUT READY STOCK- We can’t 100% confirm the stock is 100% available. This is because sometime records at warehouse it not 100% is right one, all have to wait until before posting /during stock checking before wrapping just can 100% confirm the availability. If any out of stock /defect stock, we will announce NO STOCK, especially those which left last piece in warehouse. We will contact buyer, buyer can either choose other color, design or request refund for NO STOCK GOODS ONLY.

9. ABOUT PRE-ORDER – We can’t 100% confirm pre-order item is 100% available. All have to wait until stock arrive warehouse only can 100% confirm. If buyer are very keen of this / very rush / can’t wait, pls re-consider b4 place order.
CLOTHING – expected arrive warehouse around 12-16working days after payment has been verified.
BAG- All bags are ready stock / restock now, no pre-order
RESTOCK - expected arriving date: pls contact us to get the date.

10. Others
**working day = Monday to Friday. Exclude public holiday.
**no shipment will be done on Saturdays , Sundays & Public Holidays.
